Stewart HearnLondon Glassworks

Stewart Hearn's London Glassworks is a working glassblowing studio in a Grade II listed barn conversion just off Chatteris High Street, reached through a side gate at number 112. Hearn is a master glassmaker who has exhibited at London Craft Week and is listed among members of the Contemporary Glass Society. All glass sold through the studio's small gallery is designed and blown on the premises, using traditional furnace and bench techniques. Visitors can book a one-hour introductory session that covers the tools and materials used in glassblowing and includes a live demonstration at the furnace. The studio and gallery are generally open on weekdays, with visits by prior arrangement recommended to ensure someone is on hand. It remains a working production space rather than a purely retail outlet.
