A butcher and bakery on Main Street in Hawes, trading since 1854 and now run by the fifth generation of the same family. The shop sources beef, lamb, pork, poultry and game from surrounding Dales farms, makes its own sausages and pork pies, and bakes bread, pies and fruitcake on the premises daily.
