Salley's Restaurant

The Salley family have run hospitality premises on Aughnacloy's Moore Street since 1976, opening the restaurant itself in 1995. Debbie Dodds now leads the business alongside her parents Desmond and Laura Salley and brother Garnett, serving traditional Irish dishes to a dining room that draws passing trade from the Dublin-to-Donegal road. The kitchen sources produce locally and caters to dairy-free, gluten-free and vegan diets alongside a children's menu. Breakfast runs Wednesday to Sunday mornings, with lunch and evening à la carte service through the week and a Sunday lunch sitting at midday. Group bookings for parties of twenty-five or more are also taken, making Salley's a fixture for family gatherings on this stretch of south Tyrone's main road.
