Cove is an independent coffee shop and bakehouse at 2 Castle Street in Glenarm, near the Barbican gatehouse and a short walk from the village harbour and forest. Everything is baked on the premises, including the sourdough used for the toasties, along with savoury and sweet bakes made fresh each day. The menu runs to soups and stews, all-day breakfast bagels and baps, yoghurt bowls and cakes, with artisan coffee, and there is both sit-in seating and takeaway. The cafe is dog-friendly and doubles as a small showcase for the area's makers, hanging a rotating monthly art exhibition and selling locally made pottery. It is a single-site business run by a local owner, trading from Friday to Monday, ten until four. Glenarm, one of the oldest villages in the Glens of Antrim, sits on the Causeway Coastal Route.
