The Deli on Pershore's High Street runs as a family business, built more around catering than passing trade: paninis and sandwiches at the counter through the morning, then orders out to corporate lunches and to several of the town's schools, for whom it supplies meals. Cakes and traybakes are baked on site rather than bought in, and breakfasts run until service tails off in the early afternoon. It keeps a short week by deli standards, open weekday mornings only, from nine until two, and closed at weekends.
