Halo Fine Art occupies 11 Pope Street in Dorchester's Brewery Square, opened in 2022 by Georgia and Darrel Heggs after years of collecting art together rather than working in the trade. The two-floor gallery changes its hang roughly every fortnight, mixing original paintings and sculpture with limited edition prints, glass and jewellery from names including Doug Hyde and Kerry Darlington alongside emerging Dorset artists. Staff offer a home consultation service, bringing pieces to a buyer's own walls before a decision is made, with payment spread through an Own Art 0% finance scheme. The gallery won Independent Business of the Year at Dorchester's Annual Business Awards in April 2025. It opens Monday 10am to 4pm, Tuesday to Saturday 9:30am to 5:30pm, and by appointment on Sundays.
