Incorporated in December 2020, the company has built its range around named blends rather than a generic house coffee: Tres Amigos Espresso, The Harbour and The Smuggler sit alongside a Colombian Swiss Water decaf for customers avoiding chemical decaffeination. Bags are roasted in small batches and sold direct from £16 to £22.50, with the website setting out the difference between single-origin and blended coffee for buyers working out what they want. It is a specialist roastery rather than a café group, run from one site, with brewing notes provided for cafetiere, filter and espresso methods so customers can get the beans right at home.
