Britain's most northerly distillery, based at the former RAF Saxa Vord site in Haroldswick. Produces Shetland Reel London Dry Gin using local botanicals including apple mint and bladderwrack, alongside limited-edition gins and a blended malt whisky. Founded in 2013 by two Unst-based couples, independent of any larger drinks group.
