A family-run hotel with restaurant, bar and cafe in the village of Dounby, on the west mainland of Orkney. Ivy, Ann-Marie and Lee run it. Kirkwall and Stromness are each about fifteen minutes' drive, and the surrounding country holds archaeological sites, RSPB reserves and well-stocked brown trout lochs. There is a quiet TV lounge with a selection of Orkney books and information leaflets, wifi throughout and hotel parking.
