The Banks Restaurant occupies 28-30 Main Street in Strabane, close to where the Finn and Mourne rivers meet to form the Foyle, with ten guest rooms above the dining room. The kitchen runs a seafood-and-steak menu built around dishes such as crispy-skinned cod with broccoli and lemon, monkfish fritters, dry-aged steak, and a seafood chowder, alongside a steak sandwich and beef dumplings on the lighter side of the card. Evening dinner runs to two or three courses, with a separate lunch menu of lighter dishes and a Sunday service. A cocktail list and dessert selection, including affogato and a chocolate hazelnut treat, round out the offering. The restaurant and rooms operate from the same building under one ownership, a straightforward small-town dining room rather than part of a wider group.
