A bakehouse and coffee store on Station Hill in Bridgend town, placed for commuters and locals, selling freshly baked breads, patisserie cakes, Danish pastries and deep filled sandwiches. Coffee is single origin and mostly roasted in Wales, from Durstons, Hard Lines and Coal Town among others; eggs come from Heol-y-cyw and milk and butter from Ty Tangwlst, Porthcawl. Beat is the latest addition to Cedars, established in 2012 by Jill Williams.
