Neil Gladwin has traded as a family butcher on Bromyard High Street since 1993, building the shop's reputation on beef bought at Ludlow Livestock Market and dry-aged on the premises rather than delivered pre-cut. Free-range pork comes from Packington Pork and goes into a long list of homemade sausages, faggots and pies made on site each week, alongside lamb, poultry and a small range of ready meals. The counter still runs on the rhythms of a working market-town butcher: local delivery is offered free to customers in the HR7 and WR6 postcodes on orders over £75, and the shop supplies households as well as pubs and cafes around Bromyard. It remains a single-site, family-run business rather than part of a chain.
