Vineyard on the chalk slopes of the Hog's Back, first planted in 1989 and expanded under new ownership since 2010 to around 50 acres across three plots. The classic Champagne varieties, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, go into English sparkling wine made on site, with a cellar door shop open Wednesday to Saturday for tastings and tours.
