Hayley runs the Keswick Cheese Deli from a small unit tucked into Packhorse Court, off the town's main street. The shop stocks around ninety cheeses, with a deliberate weighting towards Cumbrian-made ones from producers such as Thornby Moor Farm and the Lake District Cheese Company, alongside charcuterie, chutneys and a short wine list chosen to match. Staff cut and wrap to order rather than working from pre-packed counters, and will talk customers through a cheeseboard for a specific occasion. The deli also bakes scones and quiches on site each morning and puts together hampers and wedding cheese-cake towers on request, built from wheels rather than tiers of sponge.
