Park Farm Butchers opened in 2001 in the Colonnade, a row of independent shops on Hawkhurst's Rye Road. The counter sells free-range, grass-fed beef, pork and lamb from the family's own farm and a short list of vetted local growers, with sourcing for each cut chalked up on blackboards. Bacon is dry-cured on the premises, and sausages and burgers, including gluten-free versions, are made in-house daily. The deli case adds pies, pâtés, cheese, dairy and chutneys, and the shop caters hog roasts for weddings and parties alongside home delivery for online orders. It supplies a number of local restaurants as a wholesale account. Packaging is paper rather than plastic throughout the shop.
