Penicuik Storehouse

Community-owned grocery and cafe on Penicuik High Street, run as a co-operative with more than 800 local shareholders. Stocks organic and local produce plus refill goods, and serves soups, rolls and home baking daily. A volunteer management committee runs the shop, which also hosts a weekly free community meal.
