Coffee roastery in Elephant Yard off the main street in Kendal, roasting on electric air roasters rather than gas drums. The single origins rotate, with Burundi, China and Colombia among them, alongside a blend named Fellside. Decaf is processed by the sugarcane method. The roastery sells equipment, runs subscriptions and holds workshops.
