SUP Barmouth

Stand-up paddleboard sessions from the Merioneth Yacht Club on the quay at Barmouth, out into the harbour and the Mawddach estuary. An hour covers the harbour; two hours takes in the estuary and passes under Barmouth bridge. A longer one-way estuary paddle runs up to four hours with transport back, and asks for an hour's experience first. Boards and wetsuits are found, sessions run year round and are timed to high water, and lessons need at least two people.
