The Blue Ball is a thatched inn at Stevens Cross in Sidford, on record since the fourteenth century and rebuilt after a fire in 2006. It keeps a bar of West Country ales, serves food sourced from local suppliers, and has eight en suite rooms for overnight guests, two miles from Sidmouth seafront.
