Bybrook BarnB&B

Bybrook Barn is a two-room bed and breakfast run by Hilary and Nick from a converted barn on Leicester Lane in Swithland, within walking distance of Bradgate Park and Swithland Woods. The Stable Room and the Garden Room each occupy separate ground-floor buildings with their own entrance, king-size bed, ensuite shower room and private parking, set around a paddock garden with a small sculpture collection. Breakfast is cooked to order and can be taken in the summer house overlooking the garden, in the barn's dining room, or in guests' own rooms. The business has operated since the mid-2000s and takes a small number of bookings at a time rather than operating as a full-scale guest house. There is no bar or restaurant on site, and stays are bed and breakfast only.
