Stonehurst is a working farm on Bond Lane run by Greg and Marilyn Duffin, whose family has farmed the land since 1851. Alongside sheep, pigs and rare native cattle breeds, the farm houses a motor museum built up over five decades, with vintage cars, motorcycles and a reconstructed 1930s garage assembled by the Duffin family. The Farmer's Den tea room serves cream teas, light lunches and homemade cakes made with home-grown and local ingredients, and is open to visitors without a farm ticket. Son John Duffin trained under chefs including Simon Rogan and Marcus Wareing before returning to open John's House restaurant in the family's former farmhouse. Children can meet the animals and take tractor rides. The farm opens Tuesday to Sunday, plus bank holidays and Leicestershire school holiday Mondays.
