Round CornerBrewing

Round Corner Brewing was founded in 2017 by Colin Paige and Combie Cryan, two brewers who met in Wellington, New Zealand, before setting up their brewery within Melton Mowbray's livestock market, the Stockyard. Their core range includes Cuba Street, a hazy golden ale brewed with New Zealand hops for notes of nectarine and citrus, alongside rotating Market Editions and collaborations with other breweries. The taproom sits inside the market building, pouring cask and keg beer directly from the brewery next door, with a pizza shed serving food alongside it. Customers can also fill 64 fl oz growlers to take home through the Round Corner Refills counter. The taproom opens Wednesday from 4pm to 8.30pm, Friday from 4pm until late and Saturday from 1pm until late, with can sales available on weekday mornings too.
