Customers pick from shelves of unpainted bisque pottery, paint it at a table in the studio, and the piece is kilned and ready to collect within days. The business also takes clay impressions of babies' hands and feet for parents wanting a permanent keepsake, alongside a retail corner selling craft kits and work by local makers. After-school classes run for primary-age children through term time, with holiday workshops covering crafts beyond pottery, from decoupage to canvas painting. Birthday parties are hosted on site with a choice of activities and optional catering. There is no entry fee; customers pay only for the pottery or materials they use.
