Malvern Bakehouse began in 2020 in a couple's home kitchen, baking sourdough loaves to sell online through the early lockdowns before the trade outgrew the house and moved to a shopfront on Church Walk in Great Malvern. The ovens still turn out sourdough, focaccia and patisserie every day, made with organic and, where possible, wild-farmed flour. Alongside the daily bread sit traditional Polish cakes, a nod to family recipes rather than anything copied from a book. The shop opens Monday to Saturday, 8am to 4pm, with no service on Sundays.
