Independence verification

Old Tree Brewery

Old Tree Brewery is listed on Nearabouts as an independently owned and operated business. Independence is assessed at the point of operation: who owns the business, who runs it day to day, and whether it answers to a head office. Chains, franchises and group-owned venues are excluded.

The full criteria, and how Nearabouts keeps them accurate, are set out in the Independence Pledge.
