Old Tree Brewery is a Community Interest Company working from Unit 2, The Old Dairy, Lacys Hill, Glynde, brewing kombucha and botanical drinks: Oak Lore, Foragers Garden and Ancient Futures, plus a Witchcraft Herbal Beer and sea buckthorn hedgerow health shots. It holds a Great Taste Award and was backed by 230 supporters raising £50k. Open Monday to Friday, closed weekends, with a small team who ask you to ring ahead. Also found at Sussex festivals, markets, foraging days and fermentation workshops.
