A bed and breakfast on Royal Parade, on Eastbourne's promenade, roughly a twelve-minute walk from the pier and 0.8 miles from the town centre. Six rooms — two doubles, a single, a triple, a family room and a superior double — all en-suite, some with sea views, one with a balcony, others looking to the South Downs. Breakfast runs 8:00 to 9:15; evening meals, packed lunches and picnic baskets on request. English and French spoken.
