Burning SkyBrewery

A farmhouse brewery in the village of Firle, in the foothills of the South Downs, working out of refurbished farm buildings. The first beer came in autumn 2013, made by a long-term brewer with a love of both hop-forward pales and the Belgian tradition. The range runs from a 3% Petite Pils to 750ml mixed-fermentation and spontaneously fermented bottles. All beers are suitable for vegans; packaging is biodegradable and recyclable.
