Tackt-Isle Adventures

Tackt-Isle Adventures runs a watersports and activity centre from Woodnutts Yard on The Duver at St Helens, offering dinghy sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, canoeing and stand-up paddleboarding as both hire and tuition. The centre holds RYA Training Centre accreditation and runs structured courses alongside casual hire for visitors who already know their way around the water. Groups booked in include school parties, birthday parties, stag and hen groups, and corporate team-building sessions, run by instructors based on site. Kayaks, canoes, paddleboards and beach equipment are available to hire by the session, with bikes available through a partner arrangement for people wanting to combine time on the water with riding around the Duver and Bembridge Harbour. The centre operates seasonally, open 9am to 5.30pm during school holidays and weekends through to late October, then closing for winter. Gift vouchers are sold for courses and hire sessions.
