Colin Boswell planted his first garlic bulb on this land in 1976 and the business has stayed with his family since, now run day to day by his daughter Natasha and her husband Barnes, with son Hugo and his wife Melanie managing the farm itself. The shop sells the full range grown and made on site, from fresh and smoked garlic to black garlic, pickles, chutneys and a garlic beer, alongside goods from other island producers. The adjoining restaurant and café cook a garlic-led menu that draws on the farm's own pasture-raised beef and goat rather than bought-in meat. Visitors can walk marked trails through the Arreton Valley fields where the crop grows, with tastings offered daily through the afternoon. The site also has holiday cottages and luxury yurts for overnight stays.
