The shop stocks cards and prints designed by local illustrator Isabella Fay and compiles its own monthly staff picks. It partners with nearby schools to make books available to pupils at reduced prices. Moorland Road forms the spine of Oldfield Park's shopping parade, and the bookshop has built a following among residents for its local history titles and willingness to order in specific requests.
