Bearslake Inn

Thatched thirteenth-century longhouse on the edge of Dartmoor between Okehampton and Tavistock, run as an inn with six en-suite rooms, four of them dog-friendly, by owners Julian Tarrant-Boyce and Lisa Jenkins. The restaurant serves gastro-pub food made with regional produce, and the garden looks out over Sourton Tor with direct access to the Granite Way cycle path.
