Coffee is single origin and mostly roasted in Wales, from Durstons, Hard Lines and Coal Town among others; eggs come from Heol-y-cyw and milk and butter from Ty Tangwlst, Porthcawl. Beat is the latest addition to Cedars, established in 2012 by Jill Williams.
