Brixham Heritage Museum occupies the town's former police station on New Road and is run largely by volunteers. Its collection of more than 10,000 objects covers Brixham's fishing industry, geology and Napoleonic Wars history, including a reconstructed Victorian parlour, with a library and archive open to researchers by appointment.
