Coffee Factory has roasted coffee at its premises on Shute Road near Axminster since 2009, using a restored 1950s Probat roaster nicknamed Dorothy alongside a smaller batch machine. The roastery is open on weekdays for coffee to drink in or take away, plus beans, brewing kit and cupping sessions.
