Copper Kitchen

Bistro on Sheep Street opened in 2014 by chef-owner Kushtrim, known locally as Kush, who runs the restaurant with Keryn after ten years of professional cooking experience. The kitchen sources meat from a neighbourhood butcher and serves a seasonal menu of British dishes with continental touches from a dining room inside a characterful older building near Bicester's two railway stations.
