Corndale Farm cures charcuterie from its own free-range pig herd, begun with four Saddleback pigs in 2012 and expanded into Northern Ireland's first air-dried Spanish-style chorizo producer from 2016 onward. The farm sells salami, chorizo and other cured meats direct from its Limavady base to independent shops and restaurants across the region.
