Deli & Fizz occupies a unit in the Kings Head Centre just off Maldon High Street, pairing a delicatessen counter with a champagne bar. Sharing boards of cheese and cured meats are built from locally sourced, seasonal ingredients and served alongside prosecco, wine, and cocktails rather than the usual deli lineup of takeaway groceries. A Prosecco Wall holding up to 48 glasses is available to hire for private functions, and the room itself can be booked out for events. The shop keeps a short week, opening Thursday to Saturday from 11.30am to 10pm and Sunday from 11.30am to 9pm, and stays closed Monday to Wednesday.
