Endeavour Guest House stands on Marine Parade in Barmouth, around 100 yards from the town's Blue Flag beach, with rooms looking out across Cardigan Bay towards the hills of southern Eryri. It is run by Fiona and Peter Temple as a small, independent bed and breakfast. Practical touches reflect the coastal and walking trade it serves, including a boot-drying facility for hikers coming off the hills and secure overnight storage for bicycles. A cooked breakfast is served each morning before guests set out along the promenade or into the surrounding hills. The guest house is a single property with no sister premises elsewhere, and remains family-run rather than part of any hotel group.
