Interval

Interval is a gallery and project space inside a 1790s Georgian townhouse on Compton Street, opened in September 2025 by father and son David and Jacob Gryn. Each exhibition pairs a contemporary artist with historic works, so a new painting might hang beside a centuries-old still life or a medieval manuscript leaf. The gallery does not formally represent artists and also advises collectors and estates on buying and selling across both markets.
