The studio of Karl Greene at Freston, on the Shotley peninsula south of Ipswich. He first threw at Boston College in 1989 and has worked at it for more than thirty years, in reduction-fired stoneware and raku, with Chinese and Japanese influence in the forms and glazes. The purpose-built workshop runs on solar power, and follows earlier studios at Little Bentley and in a back garden. He teaches throwing and hand-building here and at Stoke Bridge Workshops in Ipswich.
