Danielle Spelman and Simon Leak have traded mid-century and industrial furniture from The Old Dairy on Hungate Lane since 2011. The warehouse-style shop holds several thousand pieces at any time, drawn from house clearances and dealer contacts, spanning retro homeware, industrial fittings and antique furniture. Spelman's background in art and design shapes the shop's room-set displays, while Leak sources larger architectural and industrial pieces. A curated selection is listed online alongside the full stock held in Beccles. The shop opens Thursday to Saturday from 10am to 5pm, with the pair working by appointment outside those hours for trade and clearance callouts.
