Moonlight has sold records on Bridge Street in Wrexham since 1988, one of the last places in the town to deal in vinyl — new and second-hand, run by Bryan Davies with the accumulated knowledge of nearly forty years behind the counter. It keeps the short, honest hours of a shop run by one person who cares, open Thursday to Saturday, and rewards the dig. Wrexham has had a moment lately, for reasons involving a football club and two Hollywood actors; Moonlight is one of the older, quieter reasons the town centre is worth a wander. A proper record shop, still turning over the crates after all these years.
