Newlands Farm is a working farm in the Hampshire Downs a short drive from Odiham, run as a bed and breakfast by Mary Saunders. Guests stay in an oak-framed long barn with a shared kitchen and sitting room around a log burner, in three en-suite bedrooms that can be arranged as single, twin or double rooms, one of which is adapted for wheelchair users. Further rooms are available in the farmhouse and in a converted stable cottage. Breakfast is served in the farmhouse kitchen and includes locally sourced butcher's meat, with self-catering also available for longer stays. The farm sits among arable fields and grazing land, within easy reach of the M3 at Junction 5 and around fifteen minutes by car from Basingstoke. Odiham's high street, with its shops, pubs and restaurants, is a short drive away. Newlands Farm takes bookings directly through its own website and by phone.
