Pitchfork andProvision

Pitchfork and Provision began as a stall at Ammanford's Friday market and, in 2021, took a bricks-and-mortar home in a courtyard off Rhosmaen Street in Llandeilo — a bakery and café built on seasonal, local ingredients and proper baking. It does the honest daytime things well: bread and pastries out of its own oven, good coffee, lunch made from what the surrounding country grows and rears. Llandeilo has become one of the best small food towns in Wales, and Pitchfork is part of the reason — an independent that started at a market trestle and earned its shopfront. Go for the baking; the town is worth the visit anyway.
