Poppies Cafe& Bistro

Opposite the town clock in Ulverston, Poppies Cafe & Bistro has run as an independent daytime café for more than two decades, switching to a bistro menu on Friday and Saturday evenings under head chef Jenna Waiting. The kitchen sources ingredients locally where possible and changes its menu regularly rather than keeping a fixed printed card.
