St Giles Distillery makes small-batch gin on the outskirts of Norwich, using a custom copper still named Anna. Founded in 2017 by diver-turned-distiller Simon Melton and head distiller Pete Margree, the company takes its name from the historic Norwich street once lined with 18th-century gin shops.
