Indian and Bangladeshi cooking in Loanhead, minutes from Edinburgh city centre. The kitchen traces its recipes to Abdul, whose early life along Bangladesh's Manu river shaped his understanding of native spices and ingredients; his grandson Matin now works with the chefs, setting traditional dishes beside newer ones.
