Windyridge occupies a shopfront at 16 Rathmore Road in Bangor, run by owner Susan as a combined gift shop and interior design consultancy. Shelves carry soft furnishings, kitchen tableware, candles and diffusers from the La Bougie range, alongside cards, stationery and gifts sorted by recipient, from gardeners to new babies. Susan also offers a separate interior design service, working with clients on colour, pattern and layout for individual rooms rather than selling off-the-shelf schemes. Stocked brands include Wrendale and Earth Squared alongside smaller makers. The shop keeps limited opening hours suited to a single-owner operation, trading Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from half past nine until five, staying open later on Thursday evening and closing at four on Saturdays. It does not open on Sundays or Mondays, and hours shift around public holidays.
