A coffee roastery off Boucher Road founded by Russell Bailie in the early 1990s, among the earlier specialty roasters established in Northern Ireland. Beans are roasted on site in small batches and supplied to cafes, restaurants and hotels, alongside an in-house barista training academy. The business also services and repairs coffee equipment for trade customers.
